Did ya sort out the electrical problem yet Haggis? Think PM tuning do new stator plates and are quite reasonable.

Well,thats it home....in the back of a van  Died coming up the hill towards Castle Douglas. Any one want a Piaggio keep fit machine...ahve pushed it far enough |

;D You sure its not a lambretta you have m8......  the mod god is selling a smallframe pal,total rebuilt engine,2 new conti whitewalls,just needs blasted and built,600 it cost him that to get the rebuild done at mike phenoix....  |

Aye, think so. Trouble was it wouldnt start the first night he was at it , then it did the next night Changed petrol tank as well in, which was full of dirt just in case. He put another stator plate in but put mine back because he didnt think it was running right. Ah think/hope it must be the stator plate or pick up box Give him a job when he gets back from South Africa ;D |

sounds like ya low voltage coil when it heats up it breaks down, when ya scoot is cold it'll fire up and maybe get you few miles then nothing, have you tried it again when cold?

Aye, tried it every night...nothing  Was going to get the other plate from Scud and try it myself but safer leaving it to Grog |
